Welcoming Beast
Not every alien species is understood by the galactic community. Some have introductory customs that...let's just say...many find distasteful. Misunderstood creatures often felt the brunt of the community's prejudice, such as them sic-ing their greatest weapon: Captain Marvel, on whatever they find to be abhorrant.
Fortunately for some creatures, their welcoming customs also double as effective defensive measures...and pleasure rituals too. But that was for the good Captain to find out after she'd underestimated the creature's strength and cunning.
At least they'd sent a looker.
