It was evening so most of the businesses were closed down, with only a few places remaining open to deal with manufacturing or logistics. Even so, at this late hour after midnight, no one noticed or paid attention to a transit van driving through the area. He drove up to the loading dock door at his destination and flashed his headlights at the closed door, a sensor registered the number of flickers and opened the door, allowing him to enter the dock area, and then he waited until the door closed before getting out.
