Especially not in Indigo City. As Anne found out when she tried to do just that. Her light based powers may have been flashy and intimidating, but these criminals had heroines like Astragirl and Nomaiden to deal with. With super strength and laser vision, being flashbanged was small potatoes.     They decided that Anne's attempt was cute, however, and she had a hot tight body. So they opted instead of punishing her for her attempt at ruining their business to keep her around as a sort of...incentive for their members to do better. Whoever impressed the boss got to spend an evening with Anne.     And she got plenty of time to reflect in the starlight about her choices.

The Sport of Penguins -2  Art and Story by YC-Batgirl ''Hold that purple nuisance with her arms on her sides, legs together and paint her entire body with the glue!'' While strong arms are holding her, she lift her shoeless feet in the air and try to kick them. But the goons are on her sides and her feet can't hit them, nothing is working to stop the assault. They put her on the floor on her back and using brushes, the goons are painting Batgirl. They are using fast-drying glue, Batgirl can feel the strength of it in seconds, then they turn her on her back and resume the painting. When done, they turn her on her back again and paint the unpainted part of her where the goons were holding her.
