Sara-Quinn is one of the most talented world-builders out there. In her Vanguard City web comic, which is now in its fifth season, she features a host of original characters as well as many OCs of other DA artists and writers as they grapple with complex villains, corrupt politicians, evil police chiefs (like in today's pic below) and a host of other unsavory bad guys and girls. The art and writing regularly leaves you waiting for more, and she delivers, often posting several times throughout most days.
